Kelvin Kariithi is a self-taught photographer based in Mombasa Kenya with interests in Documentary, Commercial & Fine Art style of photography.
Photography to him is his way of speaking to masses, now that most refer to him as being silent. He says photography is the only way one can freeze time, for reference. For three years now, he has taken up photography as his main job and having coordinated an art exhibition in the past year, his passion for art has overtaken every aspect of his life.
He is the winner of CGAP Photo Contest 2018, Reaching Excluded People Category and has participated in so many exhibitions including; Done Voi Art Festival 2018, Safari Ya Sanaa 2019, a solo Exhibition at Alliance Francaise De Mombasa, Art Gallery Photography Virtual Exhibition, Black Art Matters Contemporary Photography Exhibition among others.
