Lamide Akintobi is an award winning journalist and television personality with several years of experience in front of and behind the camera.

She has a B.A in Broadcast Journalism and Spanish from Texas A&M University – Commerce, and an M.A in International Journalism from City University, London.

She has been a news anchor, producer and reporter at Channels TV and TVC News. Lamide has also been a producer/co-ordinator on independent documentaries and a TV project/content acquisition manager. She worked at Ebonylife TV as a Presenter/Producer from 2013-2017. She’s currently a freelance producer, presenter and content consultant, event host and moderator.

Events hosted/moderated include panels at the She Leads Africa Festival, Ake Festival, the New Media Conference, the Nigerian Entertainment Conference, Union Bank’s digital platforms launch and their Centenary celebration, among others.

Her other interests include travel, reading and music.
