Unmesh Dinda of PIXimperfect compiled a tutorial that will help with your editing workflow. He shows us how to customize our editing experience while creating the dream Photoshop toolbar in just a few minutes.
While Dinda’s tutorials are oftentimes quite advanced, they are very useful and this ‘return to the start’ rundown can be as impactful as an editing ‘hack’ or ‘trick.’ If you think about it, even experienced retouchers can waste precious time searching for the right tools sometimes, talk less of beginners, unless they customize their toolbar to match their photo editing needs.
In this video, apart from Dinda showing you how to edit your toolbar, he shares insight on what to get, let go of, what to keep, and how to organize everything you use.
Dinda shows us some of the tools that are not useful this year(2020) such as the Red Eye Tool, Colour Replacement tool, or easily accessible shortcuts like the Hand tool. He then shows you how he ungroups anything that he uses often so that it can be accessed by the click of a button.
He then finally shows how to remove buttons that litter your toolbar such as the Quick Mask button and the Change Screen Mode button.
