Lens Connect and a group of Photographers in Calabar, Cross River State are organizing an exhibition with the theme ‘Expressions’.
Targeted at showcasing documentations of Life and the Nigerian way, the exhibition will feature 6 photographers all based in the southern region of Nigerian.
Speaking with one of the exhibitors Uche Nelson Oriaku, he said; “My work has been greatly fuelled and influenced by documentary photographer Uche James Iroha and this exhibition is more of an outlet to show the rich culture and lifestyle of the Nigerian People”.
Calabar since 2016 has seen an increase in the number of people interested in the photographic art and this exhibition is one of many photographic strides taken by those into the field of light drawing.
The Exhibition is slated for the 13th of April at the James Henshaw Foundation Building by 12 noon
