Being a video content creator is tasking and time-consuming especially when you’re just starting to create video content on your YouTube channel. Most times the unprepared stress puts people off from growing their channel. However, a lot of time is spent in the creative processes like preparation and post-production which take a chunk of the time. Usually one needs to master all the required skills and gears that will be needed to make good video content, you will also need to master post-production and preparation.
One other big deal is organizing and arranging all clips in post-production; trying to merge footage, audio, selection of text, finding lost footage all these mumbled up can be time-consuming and frustrating. I remember shooting a YouTube video some months back and I had to deliver it the next day, It would have been easier if it was just a regular video but it required infusing various footage, sounds, texts, etc. Being organized and patient with post-production is crucial in your work and it’s not only that your workflow is smoother and quicker, rather, it makes you calm while editing.
