The announcement came yesterday alongside an image of the flash and the recommended retail price of $299. The flash is TTL compatible via the combined trigger and is HSS capable with shutter speeds reaching 1/8000s. It also features a modeling lamp like all the AD’s before it and using a magnetic head to attach host modifiers like gels, domes and grids whilst when combined with the S2 flash bracket, the flash becomes compatible with regular Bowen mount modifiers.
The flash will cost $299 but Godox does point out that prices will vary based on geographical location and tax laws. To learn more about the new AD100 Pro, click here.
