Late last month, rumors surfaced online that Canon was allegedly working on a new EOS M mount camera to succeed the M50 and now, according to reports on Canon Rumors, the specifications of that camera have surfaced online.
The titular site concerning all things Canon, yesterday published what might be the specs for the unconfirmed EOS M camera, and from what it published, it seems Canon is holding back no punches. The spec sheet states that the camera will feature a 32-megapixel APS-C sensor, IBIS system, 4K/60fps (1080p/120fps), and a dual SD card slot. Check out the full list below;
- 32 MegaPixel APS-C sensor
- IBIS
- DPAF II
- New DIGIC Processor
- EVF
- Dual SD Cards
- 12 Frames Per Second Burst Shooting
- Full sensor width 4K/60p video
- Full HD video at 120fps
- CLog
This is yet to be confirmed by Canon but judging from past records, CR is almost always right and if details like this start to surface online, then it means the official word isn’t so far off anymore.
