Released at the peak of the lockdown in April, the Infinix Hot 9 is an entry-level smartphone that spots a Quad camera setup on the rear with a 16-megapixel main wide-angle camera. It currently tops Infinix’s entry-level line up of smartphones but is it any good for smartphone photographers?
Henry Okwuenu, commonly known as Henreeneo after one week of use has published his honest review on the Hot 9 and whether it is good for Phonographers (Phone Photographers). The quad-camera setup consists of a 16 MP wide camera, 2 MP macro camera, 2 MP depth camera, and a QVGA Low light sensor. The camera also shoots 1080p video at 30fps meaning it possesses no slow-motion capabilities.
Low light performance on the Hot 9 isn’t exactly the best but at the price point of under N60,000, it is sort of expected. Battery life and display properties are superb too. To watch the full details, click below:
