Oyewusi Omoboyejo is a fashion enthusiast and content creator/developer and photographer based in Lagos Nigeria. He studied Social science-related courses but familiarized himself with fashion and arts as he had always had a flair for things relating to fashion and media from his childhood. When he was in secondary school, he used to run a news and entertainment journal called Highlife Magazine and he was also the president of Drama Club as part of his extra-curricular activities. When he concluded his secondary school education he decided to explore other fields of fashion by modeling but lost interest along the way and decided to go into photographey.
Oyewusi has evolved and has grown in his art of photography and has worked alongside notable photographers like Kelechi Amadi Obi and Emmanuel Oyeleke. He has also undergone internships with fashion shows like Lagos Fashion and Design Week, Nigerian Student Fashion Week and also attended masterclasses and workshops on Photography and Fashion. In 2016, Oyewusi won the Nikon Photo Competition which served as one of the greatest moments in his career.
In the same year, Oyewusi created a College Fashion photography and lifestyle journal in his university called college Vogue, and on that platform, he has been exposed to working top fashion designers such as Kinabuti, Makioba, flo styling, Adeysoile and has worked on various platforms such as Ours magazine, Bellanaija, Linda Ikeji, Ono bello, Urbane Coven. Over the few years he has taken photographs of famous personalities including Omotola, Ini Edo, Tiwa savage and a couple of Big Brother Naija previous housemates.
