Composition is the act of arranging elements, subject and any other additional elements within the frame that communicates a lot with the viewer. Therefore, composition in photography means not only the elements that you put in the frame but also its arrangement. There are various techniques to improve your photos and refine your composition to get better images as a photographer, a number of which we’d discuss in this article
MAKE IT SIMPLE:
Simplicity is the biggest “trick” to improving your compositions. Before you take a photo, ensure you focus on the subject in frame and do away with unnecessary distractions. Get rid of them in your composition, or minimize them as much as possible.
UNDERSTAND LIGHTING :
Understanding lighting and its principle will give you an edge as a portrait photographer to be better at composition. Light and colour are two of the most important qualities for determining the mood of a photo.
