The 2021 Photographic Museum for Humanity Grant is here, and they’re over $14,000 in cash prizes to be won as well as solo and group exhibition opportunities in Lagos, Italy, Spain, Indonesia, London amongst others.
Entry Portal for the grant opened yesterday and will run until the 18th of February. The PHmuseum Photography Grant is an annual initiative that recognizes the importance of photography and visual storytelling. Currently in its 9th edition, it is designed to support the production and promotion of visual projects through cash prizes, educational activities, and exposure across international festivals, and online media. The grant is supported by Ghetxo Photo, Phest International Festival, Lagos Photo Festival, amongst many others.
Winners of the grant will take home $14,000 in cash prizes, divided amongst the first, second and third place, while there’ll be several exhibition opportunities both solo and group projection in various countries, at various photo festivals. The entry fee for the grant is $19 but early birds get a $4 dollar discount (runs until January 28th).
