How To Replicate Natural Light Using Artificial Light

A lot of Photographic applications prefer natural light however, you will face the challenge of the quality of the natural light either being too harsh or too diffused.  This video from Fig and Light, food photographer, Brandon Figureoa discusses circumstances for good natural light and how you can replicate it using inexpensive equipment. The video also shows a simple way of making ‘soft sunlight’ with two strobes, a reflector, and a gobo. Apart from showing us how to achieve this, he also gives us reasons why it is appealing to the eye while comparing it to real-life outdoor conditions.
