Last Week, ZY Optics, Makers of Mitakon Lenses announced a new 17mm f/0.95 for Micro Four Third cameras, and today, the company has released a new 85mm f/1.2 lens for Canon RF and Nikon Z cameras. The catch; it costs a fraction of what the lens from both companies costs.

Coming at $680 (Canon RF 85mm f/1.2L costs $2,599, Nikon doesn’t have any equivalent yet), the new Speedmaster lens is fully manual focus. It features 9 elements in 6 groups, an 11-bladed aperture, a minimum focusing distance of 3.28 feet (1m), and a filter diameter of 77mm. There’s no word on the coating of the elements or if the ens is weather sealed. The lens goes all the way from f/1.2 to f/28.
