Owning amazing glass for a camera is definitely going to set you back a couple of hundred or over a thousand dollars and while vintage lenses will give you amazing image quality there’s the set back of the lens having mount issues and lacking autofocus but the guys at Fotodiox Pro have produced an adapter that brings autofocus capabilities to manual focus.
The Pronto from Fotodiox Pro is a smart adapter that moves the manual focus lens back and forth to nail focus. Currently, it’s available for Sony and Fujifilm mount and it adapts Leica vintage lenses (and probably Pentax lenses) and while the focusing speed isn’t as fast as native lenses, it does the job just as good.
