PHOTOGRAPHER EXTRAORDINARE: ANNY ROBERTS

Anietie Roberts is a creative visual artist and photographer who started his career in photography in 2014. He has since then become a household name boasting an enviable clientele. Anny has managed to carve a niche for himself in a field that has become immensely saturated, drawing inspiration from spaces, light and people.

Anny’s photographs have gained recognition, featuring on various lists of top photographers in Nigeria and Africa. Robert’s work portrays a deep exploration of ideas and human realities, and this has made his signature portraits inspirational, earning him both nationwide and global attention. 

His interest in art was born out of a hunger to connect. As a self-professed introvert, he seeks to bond with people by translating, in fragments, exactly how he views the world, especially with lights and colours. His mode of communication tends to be visual and has overtime, proven to be one of the best in the field.
