Profoto Gearing Up To Announce New Speedlight Next Week

Leading Photography Light Makers, Profoto are allegedly prepping to announce a new flash that reportedly will be called the A10 next week.

Toeing the line of the widely unique and successful A1 and A1X, the site Lighting Rumors says the new flash (A10) will maintain the same battery as the A1 and A1X but unlike the other flashes, the A10 will have built-in bluetooth technology like the B10 and B10 plus strobes so that it can take advantage of the iOS application ‘AirX’ that syncs your phone with your flash and lets you shoot with flash.

While there’s no date yet for the release, the flash will be available for Canon, Nikon, Sony and Fuji and will cost a little over $1,000.
