Early the year, Godox kicked off the year by announcing (and releasing) the latest addition to their AD flash family; the all new Godox AD100 Pro, a 100 watt flash powered by a 2,600mAh battery (click here to read about it).
The flash is especially a huge win for the company because unlike most flashes in that power range, it’s inexpensive and is very small, comparing in size to a can of soda. Godox has a track record of manufacturing great flash heads at a relatively inexpensive price (compared to the competition) and their AD lineup (AD200, AD400, AD600 and Pros) have saturated the photography market across the world and the newest addition will benefit a lot of photographers, especially newbies who are just getting into flash photography and looking to experiment.
In the video below, Robert Hall reviews the AD100 Pro, its Pros and Con, the specs and who this flash is for as well as scenarios that would be perfect for the flash. Click below to watch.
