Prime lenses are an excellent choice for many reasons, not the least of which is that they offer excellent sharpness and low-light performance.
LENS OPTIONS
24MM LENS this lens is particularly good when shooting landscape also, it gives you a wide-angle view and also allows you to capture the scene in your photos that the human eyes can’t see. This lens comes with an f/2.8 which gives clearer, sharper images to allow you to behold the beauty of the landscape in gorgeous detail. One other thing is that it has a distortion where objects that are closer look larger than the object afar.
35MM LENS This lens gives you almost exactly what the human eyes can see also unarguably you can get a wide-angle from this lens, and also you can get a close-up shot with this lens. This lens opens the room for creative use by trying all types of photography, The 35mm lenses are incredibly versatile and allow you to photograph virtually any subject as you wish.
50MM LENS This lens is usually referred to as a natural focal length with its lower amount of distortion i.e objects that are closer don’t really look bigger like the 24MM but also give you an opportunity for nice and standard depth of field which is pleasing to the eyes. On a full-frame camera, a 50mm focal length is ideal for all other photography from architecture to portraiture to landscapes. This lens is also good for travel photography.
85MM LENS This lens is the most zoomed-in lens that allows you to fill up your frame without being in the face of your subject. Shooting portrait is made easier with its wide focal length giving you a blurred background and making your subject stand out and sharp. There is a very little amount of distortion with an 85mm lens as well, so your subject’s facial features especially their forehead, nose, and chin, look natural. These areas can look a little large with shorter focal length lenses like the 24mm and the rest.
Some of these lenses are also useful for cinematography.
