Do you wonder why it’s so important? Through networking, you get to be motivated, inspired and also get gigs through or from them. As a photographer running the business of photography is not a very easy task but networking is one of the best ways to market your photography business, and if you put your back into it, the reward is endless.
HERE ARE THE IMPORTANCE OF NETWORKING AS A PHOTOGRAPHER
- Sharing of knowledge and Education: You will notice that whenever you are in the midst of other photographers, they bring in unique skills and share different ideas. You also get to learn different photography tips and tricks that will help you grow in your own business.
- Give and Get Referrals: Yes, this I would say has helped me to sustain myself as a photographer because not all photographers shoot all genres of photography so nevertheless, you will get referrals when you stick to your gut and your works are good.
- Share Your Works With Other Photographers: If they like your genre of photography and they also love your work, you will get the biggest gigs or job opportunities of your life. Moreso, the more you share your works with them the more they have you in mind.
