Canon’s Cinema line of cameras are some of the most impressive in the market and in this video, Cinematographer and YouTuber Gene Nagata of Potato Jet YouTube channel gets his hands on the new Canon C300 and he tears through the camera, pushing it to its limits and highlighting all the perks that make it what it is.
The C300 Mark III is a super 35 sensor cinema camera (meaning its not full frame but is close to it), capable of 4K video at 120fps with auto-focus enabled (which is no small feat to achieve). It uses a multi mount system that can take native Canon EF lenses but when switched, can take Cinema PL lenses. The Camera retails for $10,999 and can be gotten here.
